
Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding

- Microwave dish
Ingredients
Sponge Cake
- 100 gms melted butter
- 1 cup SR Flour
- 2 Tblsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 cup Milk
Sauce
- 1 Tblsp Caster Sugar
- 1 Cup Hot Water
- 1 Tblsp Cocoa
Instructions
Sponge Cake
- Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish.
Sauce
- sprinkle caster sugar and cocoa, then hot water over mixture
Method
- MIcrowave on high for 6 ½ minutes uncovered. Let stand for 1 minute

Serve with cream or ice cream
