- Frying Pan
- 1 Pkt MAGGI Beef Goulash mix
- 500 grams lean beef cubed
- 1 medium onion (150g) (sliced)
- 2 cups carrots (140g) (diced)
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 1/4 cups water (310mls)
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion and carrots cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combined tomato paste, water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil stirring.
- Cover and simmer for 30mins or until beef and carrots are tender stirring occasionally.
- Serve with mashed potato.
