  • Frying Pan


  • 1 Pkt MAGGI Beef Goulash mix
  • 500 grams lean beef cubed
  • 1 medium onion (150g) (sliced)
  • 2 cups carrots (140g) (diced)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 1/4 cups water (310mls)


  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion and carrots cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add combined tomato paste, water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil stirring.
  • Cover and simmer for 30mins or until beef and carrots are tender stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with mashed potato.
