  • Mixing Bowl
  • Loaf Tin


  • 1 1/2 cups SR flour
  • 1 cup dried apricots(chopped)
  • 3/4 cup sultanas
  • 3/4 cup unprocessed natural bran
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup milk – any sort,full cream light or soy


  • Mix fruit and bran with milk, soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Add flour mix well.
  • Bake in load in180degrees C for 55-60 minutes.


To freeze. Wrap in foil and seal in freezer bag.
