Apricot Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups SR flour
- 1 cup dried apricots(chopped)
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 3/4 cup unprocessed natural bran
- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 1 cup milk – any sort,full cream light or soy
Instructions
- Mix fruit and bran with milk, soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Add flour mix well.
- Bake in load in180degrees C for 55-60 minutes.
Notes
To freeze. Wrap in foil and seal in freezer bag.
