Apricot and Coconut Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 250 gm Pkt plain sweet biscuits crumbed
- 1 cup dried apricots finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 395 gms can sweetened condensed milk
- 125 gms butter
Topping
- 1 1/4 cups milk chocolate melts
Instructions
Base
- Line base of 18cm x 28cm lamington tray with baking paper.
- Combine biscuit crumbs, apricots and coconut in a medium bowl.
- Place sweetened condensed milk and butter in a medium saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until butter is melted and ingredients combined.
- Pour over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Press mixture into tray and refrigerate until set.
Topping
- Place melted chocolate melts over slice,
- Allow to set.
- Cut into squares.
