4. TREASURER REPORT

Financial Position as at EOFY 31 January 2019:

Payments $18,666.04
Balance @ 31/01/2019 $8,017.30

5. PRESIDENT’S REPORT

Outgoing President, Lorraine Martin provided a comprehensive report on her year in office and a copy is included in the March Newsletter. In addition to thanking the outstanding contribution of members and committee she welcomed our new President Bruce Verlander. Additionally, best wishes to Melva and her husband Ron Carmichael who remains in hospital.

7. NEW PRESIDENT’S STATEMENT

Bruce Verlander thanked Lorraine Martin and the previous COM for their fine work and thanked the members for their faith in him to lead the organization. He reminded members that the role of President is limited to twelve months by our constitution.

Meeting closed at 10.30am and was followed by the March General Meeting.
