
Jelly Mould Sandwich

- Tupperware Jelly Mould
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf Bread sliced
3 FILLINGS OF CHOICE •
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Egg hard boiled & mashed
- 1 cup Carrot grated
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Ham (deli) shredded
Instructions
- Cut crusts off bread and spread one side with margarine or mayonnaise.
- Lay approximately7 slices of bread, buttered side facing up, on the inside of a Tupperware jelly mould, overlapping bread to fit.
- Add a layer of filling.
- Cut 3 slices of bread in half. Place buttered side up over the filling.
- Make another layer of halved bread slices, pressing down slightly.
- Add final layer of filling.
- Place another slice of bread, buttered side down, over the filling and tuck it over the top and down the sides of the previous layers.
- Place lid on the mould, pressing firmly and evenly until the lid fits properly.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Notes
Use any kind of shredded meat if desired. I used seasoned hard-boiled eggs.
