Jelly Mould Sandwich

  • Tupperware Jelly Mould


  • 1 Loaf Bread  sliced


  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Egg hard boiled & mashed
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Ham (deli) shredded


  • Cut crusts off bread and spread one side with margarine or mayonnaise.
  • Lay approximately7 slices of bread, buttered side facing up, on the inside of a Tupperware jelly mould, overlapping bread to fit.
  • Add a layer of filling.
  • Cut 3 slices of bread in half. Place buttered side up over the filling.
  • Make another layer of halved bread slices, pressing down slightly.
  • Add final layer of filling.
  • Place another slice of bread, buttered side down, over the filling and tuck it over the top and down the sides of the previous layers.
  • Place lid on the mould, pressing firmly and evenly until the lid fits properly. 
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.


Use any kind of shredded meat if desired. I used seasoned hard-boiled eggs.
