3 Ingredient Fruitcake
Equipment
- 9" square tin or 23cm round tin
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Mixed Fruit
- 2 Cups Iced Coffee (or black coffee or orange juice or apple juice)
- 2 Cups SR Flour
Instructions
- Soak fruit in coffee overnight
- Stir flour into fruit and liquid
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Line 9" square tin or 23cm round tin
- Put in oven for 2 hours (put brown paper over cake for first hour)(check after 1½ hours it may be cooked)
