Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Paper patty cases or silicone moulds
Ingredients
- 100 g Dark Chocolate (substitute white chocolate)
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Coconut shredded
Instructions
- Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
- Add seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix to combine.
- Spoon into 8 small patty cases or mini silicone moulds.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
