Whilst many of us would have been trying to stay cool, Thursday 22 February saw a number of hardy members exploring the Melbourne Gaol. Members may check out the Probus Taylors Lakes Facebook page for great photos and heaps of information about the day, the gaol itself, and its history during its 79 years of operation (thank you Sabina). Following the tour the group enjoyed a well-deserved lunch at Young and Jacksons across from Flinders Street Station. It looks like a fantastic day was had by all.
