5 Minute Orange Cake

- Cake Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Orange large (240g)
- 175 gr Butter soft
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 cups SR Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Remove pips and chop orange.
- Place in kitchen whiz and pulse.
- Add butter, eggs, sugar and pulse.
- Add flour and combine.
- Place in cake tin.
- Bake for 45 mins.
- Drizzle citrus icing over cake while warm.
