Ten (10) of our members went to Vietnam and what a trip. We had such a good time lots of things to see and do and only 10 days to do it in.
We started our tour at Hanoi and Ha Long Bay which was amazing. We then flew to Hoi An (Danang) where we visited the Golden Bridge (Sun World) which was very interesting and so different it was like Vietnam’s version of Disneyland.
Next stop was Ho Chi Min City which we all loved. We did a boat trip on the Mekong Delta and visited a coconut farm where they made a lot of souvenirs out of the coconut shell and also they made coconut caramels which were delicious.
We all enjoyed to Vietnamese food and the beer of course and we drank lots of bottled water. The traffic is unbelievable with 90 million people and 50 million registered motor bikes in Vietnam it makes the Monash Freeway look like a walk in the park.
If you ever get the chance to go to Vietnam I would recommend it
