To All Members,

Week 5 of restrictions/lockdown and as you would know via the media, the Infection Curve has flattened, with really good low numbers in each State and Territories. The other good news is, the bloody Ruby Princess Liner is scheduled to depart today, so we don’t need to here that Ship’s name every 5 minutes.

Further to the last Bulletin, an On-Line AGM Meeting is organized for this Monday 27^th April 10am (our normal April scheduled meeting date) via Zoom. The AGM Agenda is the only scheduled business to be discussed, but matters can be raised during the meeting. We are holding this meeting to allow for a duly constituted AGM to elect the new Committee and meet our legal requirements. It is important we meet our quorum minimum numbers, so your attendance would be appreciated. It is not like you have a lot of other things to do.

Please do not be concerned about the IT requirements to utilize Zoom, as this has been tested on members and found to be quite easy to use, plus Chris Smith will send out some brief/simple instructions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the CURRENT Committee, Club Helpers and members for your support, during my period as President of your Club and wish the incoming President and Committee the best of luck for the new Probus year.

Our Club has had a fantastic year with significant growth, with new members providing more relationships and interests and the Club has enjoyed a large variety of activities to suit all members. I hope you have enjoyed the year as much as I have, thanks.
