It’s been a while since we last posted an activity. Members had a great celebration of spring during their trip to the Bendigo Tulip Festival on Thursday 26 September. Tour guide Ron acted quickly, and members enjoyed morning tea at Sim’r Café after the original location was damaged in a storm. After morning tea, and under beautiful blue skies, the group visited the Botanic gardens and the Chinese Garden. Lunch followed at the famous Shamrock Hotel. A long, tiring but enjoyable day.
