Iced Coffee
(or black coffee or orange juice or apple juice)

SR Flour
Instructions
Soak fruit in coffee overnight
Stir flour into fruit and liquid
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line 9" square tin or 23cm round tin
Put in oven for 2 hours (put brown paper over cake for first hour)(check after 1½ hours it may be cooked)
