Ingredients

g
Dark Chocolate
(substitute white chocolate)

tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
2
tbsp
Dried Cranberries
2
tbsp
Coconut
shredded
Instructions
Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
Add seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix to combine.
Spoon into 8 small patty cases or mini silicone moulds.
Place in the fridge to set.
Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
