Chocolate Cups (Nut Free)

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Paper patty cases or silicone moulds

Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark Chocolate (substitute white chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Coconut shredded

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
  • Add seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix to combine.
  • Spoon into 8 small patty cases or mini silicone moulds.
  • Place in the fridge to set.
  • Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
