SR flour

dried apricots(chopped)

sultanas

unprocessed natural bran

raw sugar

milk - any sort,full cream light or soy
Instructions
Mix fruit and bran with milk, soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Add flour mix well.
Bake in load in180degrees C for 55-60 minutes.
Notes
To freeze. Wrap in foil and seal in freezer bag.
