Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Sponge Cake

  • 100 gms melted butter
  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 2 Tblsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Sauce

  • 1 Tblsp Caster Sugar
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1 Tblsp Cocoa

Instructions

Sponge Cake

  • Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish.

Sauce

  • sprinkle caster sugar and cocoa, then hot water over mixture

Method

  • MIcrowave on high for 6 ½ minutes uncovered.
    Let stand for 1 minute

Notes

Serve with cream or ice cream
