5 Minute Orange Cake

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cake Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange large (240g)
  • 175 gr Butter soft
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • 2 cups SR Flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C
  • Remove pips and chop orange.
  • Place in kitchen whiz and pulse.
  • Add butter, eggs, sugar and pulse.
  • Add flour and combine.
  • Place in cake tin.
  • Bake for 45 mins.
  • Drizzle citrus icing over cake while warm.
